Nope! You can list in multiple places — in fact, we encourage it! We think that diversifying is a great way for hosts to be able to supplement their income. Just make sure that you either have a workstation in your existing rental or an area that can be used for meetings — like a living room with a TV for presentations or a great dining set for things like board meetings or working lunches. We’ve found that many of our hosts are able to earn more with us per day than they can per night on Airbnb, especially when their spaces can accommodate small groups (3+ people) for meetings, presentations, brainstorms. Plus it’s a great way to supplement weekdays, which tend to be slower in the vacation rental biz.
