Who we are

The Radious team is a group of fun-loving, ambitious individuals who all enjoy working a little differently. Some of us are night owls, while others are, well, wrong (kidding!). Some of us like working from the road, others want to be surrounded by community, and some are most productive when their cat is purring on their lap.

Embracing the uniqueness of each team member

Isn’t that the beauty of it? Every single one of us is different. We have different lives, work styles, and overall preferences. Radious was built on the principle that a diversity of perspectives isn’t just more fun, it’s better for business. This is why we’ve embraced a flexible approach: Our teammates largely get to choose where, when, and how they work.

The nuts and bolts

We don’t have a fixed, traditional office. Instead, we book Radious spaces when we need to get together in person or when we just need a healthy dose of work/life separation (more on how that can work for you too). 

We don’t have forced work hours either. Our policy is to clearly communicate when we’re available and when we’re not, and as long as expectations are set and met and work gets done, that’s what matters.

The making of a badass, flexible company

While perfection runs in our blood, we have to admit, it’s not always 100% smooth. Our flexible model isn’t always perfect. That’s because we face a lot of the challenges that our customers face too. Flexible models require innovative thinking and unique problem solving, and that’s not easy.

But we embrace this new way of working because we’ve seen it result in a stronger culture of trust, happier employees, better work, and a business model that is agile and resilient. We are a living, breathing example that it works.
