We are the only workspace solution that utilizes residential homes, which cuts your commute time dramatically. In addition, the majority of our spaces are totally private and much more cost-effective (not to mention more unique) than leasing office space or booking conference rooms in hotels. Plus, you’ll get the comforts of home like temperature control and full kitchens.

Nope. You can get started by booking a space for the day, with no other strings attached. That said, we do also offer team memberships and recurring space agreements on a fractional basis:

Hop on our site, find the space you need for the day, and book. Simple as that! Your host will message you with any important information before your booking date.

Flexible Team Memberships

With this option, your business pays a flat monthly or annual fee so your employees can book spaces as needed. They just log on and book any space on our platform and is deducted from your monthly/yearly credit. With this model, you remove all the friction of expense reports or employees needing to have a corporate credit card. A great way to support each teammate’s unique needs.

Recurring space

While a huge advantage of Radious is being able to book a different workspace every time (exploring different neighborhoods and booking close to where the people you’re meeting are) some teams prefer consistency. So with our fractional office agreement, you can lock in availability of your favorite workspace on a recurring basis. This is a highly flexible option and allows for arrangements like ‘this space every Wednesday’ or the ‘last Thursday of every month’. No need to book every time you need a space, just show up at your favorite space according to your agreement.

Why pay for space seven days per week if people only need it once or twice? The traditional office lease is inflexible, expensive, and rigid. Utilizing Radious enables your company to remain agile so you can adapt to changing market conditions, while also providing a unique place employees actually want to go to. Privacy, uniqueness, and cost. Just like coffee shops, coworking spaces provide limited privacy. People can easily listen in on meetings or glance over to your laptop, and if you’re dealing with sensitive information, being on a shared WiFi network can put your data at risk. In addition, Radious is far more cost-effective than booking conference rooms at co-working spaces or hotels. Plus, who wants a cookie-cutter box anyway?

With Radious, you’ll pay less than half the price for a better experience. Let’s face it, hotel conference rooms are usually pretty dreadful. They’re small rooms that get musty within an hour, you’re lucky if they have windows, and you’re stuck with whatever their lunch menu has to offer.

With Radious, you’ll find unique meeting and workspaces that have all the amenities of a hotel conference room (whiteboards, presentation-ready TVs, and more) with all the comforts of home. Not to mention kitchens for lunch prep (or catering), backyards for team building, and private offices for when you need to break away for a call.

Each listing has speed test results and details about whether there’s ethernet access in addition to WiFi. You can even use our search filters to indicate a minimum upload/download speed. You’ll be able to review this information ahead of booking so you can make sure the space truly meets your needs.

Each Radspace has a capacity limit determined by the host. Use our search filters to find a space that can accommodate your group.

Each host has set their own check-in/check-out times, which you can reference in each listing. You can also filter search results by check-in and check-out time. Feel free to message our hosts to request specific times you need too.

You bet! Use the custom filters during your search to find spaces that are either kid-friendly (2-12 years) or infant-friendly (0-1 year). We believe strongly in supporting working caretakers – so children under the age of 13 don't count toward space capacity, in an effort to make great workspaces more accessible and affordable.

Absolutely! With our Flexible Team Memberships model, your business pays a flat monthly fee so your employees can book spaces as needed without having to get approval first. They just log on and book, and it counts toward your business subscription.
