Two Ways to Radious

At Radious, we’re all about flexibility. We get that some days you might need a large space to host an all-team meeting, others might be a small focused meeting between two executives. That’s why, one: we don’t force you into a contract of any particular type of space; and two: we have unique spaces that can fit your needs.

Currently, there are two main ways to Radious. Private and semi-private.

These options give you the flexibility you need and are bookable on-demand. Let’s walk through some of the features for each.

First, how do you know if it’s a private or shared space?

This is indicated on the top of the listing tile when you search:

Private Radspace

You can easily find all of our private Radspace options by toggling this feature under filters. This will show you all of the Radspaces that are completely private to you and your team. In most cases, these will be whole houses or apartments that you’ll rent for the day, with a no-contact check-in process. Chat with your host to learn how to check into the space and gain access.

These Radspaces are great for:

  • Large/Medium team meetings

  • Staff retreats

  • Executive offsites

  • Workshops/Events

The prices for these spaces range, but always beat out coworking prices. For example, most coworking spaces rent out their conference rooms for about $10/hour/person. If you’re looking to book the whole day for a retreat of 15 people, that will run you $1,500. Whereas on Radious you can book an entire Radspace (with a capacity of 15) for as little as $369.

Here are some examples of private spaces you can book by the day:

Semi-Private Radspace

If you’re looking for a very cost-effective option, you can find a semi-private office space on Radious as well. These spaces usually have a host present somewhere on the property during your stay, which can be nice if you find yourself with a question about the space. In some cases, the Radspace is an extra office in a large home, or in other cases, it’s the entirety of a certain floor of a house and the host stays on a separate level. Check out the details in the listing to learn exactly what the situation is.

These Radspaces are great for:

  • Switching up your routine and getting out of your house for the day

  • Solo or small team (1-3 people) work

  • Days where you need to ensure:

    • Strong WiFi

    • Fewer distractions

  • Record a podcast (yep, there’s a Radspace with great equipment for that!)

Here are some examples of semi-private spaces you can book by the day:
