We’ve partnered with design consultant, Kyra Anastasia, to offer Portland area hosts her services free of charge for Black Friday week. It’s a great way to take your space to the next level and set yourself up for success on the Radious platform. So take advantage!

What’s included?

• An initial virtual consultation, about 15 mins, to discuss your unique needs and potential design theme for your space.

• Your choice of in-person or virtual design service, about 90 mins.

  • If done in-person, Kyra will implement simple changes by rearranging existing furniture, artwork, and accents. In-person sessions must be scheduled to take place between December 2nd and 6th.

  • If done virtually, Kyra will empower you with a road map of personalized suggestions that you can implement on your own. Virtual sessions must be scheduled to take place before the end of December.

• The option to add personal shopping, for an additional fee, for new pieces that work within your budget.

A bit about Kyra Anastasia…

Kyra is a Radious host and experienced property manager. The daughter of an architect and an interior designer, Kyra has always enjoyed the art of creating beauty and improving the look and feel of the spaces around her. She has renovated properties in Washington DC, Florida, California, and Portland, and is excited to help you improve your home with simple changes that can make a tremendous difference.

We’re an online marketplace for rentable home office and meeting space.

The model is similar to Airbnb, but instead of overnight accommodations, we provide on-demand meeting spaces and private offices that are distributed across residential areas — rented by the day. Our unique spaces are a close-to-home solution for the distractions and burnout many working professionals experience at home.
